The second webinar organised by Assofond in collaboration with FEAF, the Spanish foundry association, took place on 2 December 2020 to illustrate the path started and the results obtained by the Life EFFIGE project.
More than 30 participants were able to discover what it means to apply the PEF method to foundry products and how it is possible to calculate the environmental footprint of castings.
The next meeting, scheduled for the first quarter of 2021, will focus on the presentation and testing of the PEFStarter tool to Spanish foundries
